New facility and clean. They need help with professional counter help. Got bill wrong and never got it exactly right but tired of asking. They use AI app to hit your phone to constantly (5 times one day) ask you to tip valet which I do in cash and really irritates me. Stop doing this.

We were sad that the second floor space with TVs was closed on Thursday evening. We were hoping to watch Thursday night football and had to go to a bar down the street. Other than that, great experience.

Great location, lots of small local shops surrounding. Weather kept us in the Hotel. Food in the restaurant was excellent but was a little pricey!

Great location and overall nice property. Our room was average. Slightly dirty bathroom upon checking. No remote control and room phone to contact front desk was broken. After 30 min no one had addressed the issue and we had to go back to lobby and ask again. They finally gave us a remote from another room. The TV kept cutting in and out and freezing from satellite connection. Affected ability to watch college football games. Asked for manager to review our complaints and still haven’t heard from them.
