Publié le 5 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe spent one night here after attending the Birds in Art exhibit at the Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum in Wausau (great show!). We didn't arrive until well after dark, but it was relatively easy to find if you pay attention to the house signs. Easy to access, well stocked, comfortable beds, big kitchen table, coffee in the morning. Everything was great - we would definitely stay here again.

Nature Getaway

We loved the big yard, picking fresh raspberries for our breakfast, the fire pit, excellent coffee bar, and more. Having the dog stay with us was- major bonus-as he was thrilled to have his “pack” all under one roof. The host was great at communication, and even let us stay a couple extra hours to get one more hike and fishing trip in. We appreciated the ample supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc).we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful retreat near hiking trails
Publié le 7 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved this property. We had 5 adults and 2 kids, 7 and 10 years old. One of the adults and the 2 kids hung out at the house while 4 of us hiked many miles of the Ice Age Trail. The kids joined us for a few miles at the Dells of the Eau Claire and then went back to the property to play and hang out. We had a fire in the fire ring, played croquet, and ladder golf. The house was immaculate. Highly recommended!
