Great location, easy walking distance from the centre of Birstonas. The entire hotel was clean and modernly designed. The staff were very professional and friendly. Added bonus of sunbeds and access to the lake straight from the pool area.
Overall a great stay and a lovely breakfast!

The hotel was very clean, and the spa facilities were very good, with the Saunas at the correct temperature. Plenty of clean towels were available along with a robe and slippers in your room. Staff were friendly and polite, and professional.
We had both an evening meal and breakfast, both were very good. Will definitely stay here again.
