Peaceful Stay
Publié le 1 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful time staying in Bisbee at this little bungalow apartment. We were able to pull up right outside the door to our unit. It was decorated very quaintly with beautiful vintage pieces. It was a short drive into Old Bisbee, about 10 minutes, and we were able to stop at the Lavender Pits on the way. We also stopped in at the local farmers market down the road. 10/10 would recommend.

Wonderful property and great host!

Everything was very quaint and nice. You are a ways (5-10 drive) from the downtown historic district. Great communication and suggestions to the local farmers market was a plus.

Good stay!

Hi Lori, I am sorry you were chilly. I never had anyone say that before regarding the heater.The heater is a natural gas Rinanni (very modern)heater with fan and has a 92% efficiency rate over electricity.Thus, making it quite warm and heating the place quickly. It is not a traditional "space heater"It is rated for over 1,000 square ft oversized for the unit This heater has worked great for my friends that live in Bisbee. I also leave plenty of blankets in the unit as well.I hope everything else was Ok for you.

First visit to Bisbee, our accommodations were great.

The property is very short drive to historic downtown Bisbee. The kitchen is not a “cooks kitchen”. My husband and I didn’t care, we weren’t interested in doing much cooking. For first time visitors, we recommend the Lavender Jeep tour to get an overall understanding of historic Bisbee.

Thanks for staying with us. I am glad you were able to explore the history of Bisbee by taking the jeep tour. Bisbee has a rich mining history with lots of cool architecture.The mining museum and mine tour is very interesting too.
The bungalow you stayed in was built in 1913.The kitchen is not a "gourmet" kitchen.However, I cater to a long term renters and they have commented on how detailed and thoughtfully the kitchen is supplied for cooking large or small meals..I have put in a new 4 burner stove with griddle top, microwave,stand up blender,toaster,coffee pot,tea kettle,cooking pans,baking pans,can open,set of silverware ,various plates, bowels, drinking glasses, and lots of cooking utensils.In addition,I provide water,some canned drinks, salt, pepper, oil, sponge,paper towels, dish soap, you name it!I do not want any of my guests to have to buy something to prepare a home cooked meal.Again, thanks for the review and hope you all had a great time in the unique,quirky, town of Bisbee.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute little apartment and the property manager was friendly and helpful. The only thing that was disappointing for us is that there was no a/c in the bedroom (it is a window unit in the living room). It would’ve been nice to have a unit in the bedroom as well.
