Great location, crappy hotel

Great location with the mall downstairs. But renovation of the pool area (the pool was the reason we booked the hotel), waterdamage on the walls from the A/C, and only one bathroom when the info about the room Said two!

They couldn’t find my booking from hotels.com because they didn’t know they cooperated with Expedia, I talked with several people at check in. Very bad smell in the bath room and also animals...

Only location is super

The location is super. However, one of the staff members was extremely bad. She ignored my request, she forgot what she had to do, and she lied. Toilet smelled badly. Dishes were not clean, so I bought some kitchen utensils. You also need to buy washing powder if you have laundry.

Nice apartment in the Bishkekpark Mall

The apartment in the hotel was very nice but the check in was very poorly handled by the hotel. The room wasn’t ready at 7pm because the previous guests hadn’t checked out until 5pm due to ”force majeure”. We didn’t get the room until 90 min later. We complained and we actually got much better attention and help when we asked the reception to arrange a taxi to Burana tower and to the apartment on the last day.

予約時に確認した詳細の半分くらいは実際にはありません。キッチンはあっても調理器具はない、バスアニメティもハンドソープのみでした。 手違いだと思いフロントに確認をするのも不在が多く確認がなかなか取れず。やっと会えたらうちはアパートメントホテルだからとの説明でこちらの話を聞こうともしません。
