Problem not again

Forest let me just say this was unscheduled last minute trip due to family emergency. Haven’t been in this town in 20 years remembering this hotel had a lot of problems in the past however I think some remodeling happening I decided I would give it a chance first room condition was terrible that was older in the room however, the room appeared to be clean, they changed the room to the second room had towels. The refrigerator did not work that was older in the room as well one night stay then decided we had to stay over again unplanned paid online for the same room, we was awakened by a loud knock as if it was a police matter they said the room was not paid, I said let me look into it on and it was paid another employee had to show it or do a quick training for they staff meanwhile we was rudely interrupted out of our sleep however he apologize OKbut we would not stay here again.

However, you mentioned that refrigerator was not working, you were awakened by loud knocks as the staff were having a drill and the other listed. The lady manager was very rude and non respectful.. she got her her husband to intimidate us.. he was rude as well. Other guess also said the same.

Stay far away

Got two rooms First room door didn’t lock wanted to get manager but said it would possibly be next morning. After a while we got another room. Musty smell Second room visible mold but we couldn’t get a new room or money back because we went through hotels.com. So we were stuck. Mold on the ceiling under fridge and on the lamp. I have suffered a migraine every day since Saturday morning. I slept in my truck the last night until it was time to pack up and leave. This was made aware and nothing they could do because they were “sold” out

The room was not that clean and the had holes in the top spread and we found a bed bug on our bed
