The only thing positive about this property is the staff this is a disgusting hotel I do not recommend, I spent hours driving to arrive to a room nothing like the photos animal stains everywhere, black mold on the shower curtain just an overall bad experience I am very unhappy

The Ship is Sinking on This One
Publié le 14 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe last tine I stayed here i noticed a difference. I used to think this hotel was great! It wasnt a luxury place but good enough and above other hotels. Nowadays its starting to see some wear and tear. This time i had a 2nd floor room. Door B doesnt lock up. Room was clean, comfortable enough. My room didnt have a fridge but thay could have been an oversight on my part. The stairs going up to my room, i could feel a couple of them move while walking on them. I also noticed a price increase. When i could pay this same amount for a jacuzzi suite room before this trip. The check in process was fine..however they only did one night on my key, i was staying 2 nights. Only got 1 hot breakfast slip- but i didnt use it anyway. Just thought it was odd. When my key stopped working i understood why. I was hoping my last stay here was just one of those days. After this trip...its wasn't. Unfortunately this hotel is going down hill. It needs renovations and maybe some updates. Kind sad to see. This was a favorite place to stay for me.

We expected a smaller room and fewer luxuries because of the low price, but in the first room the a/c wouldn't work. Second room: key wouldn't work, even after trekking back to the lobby three times in an attempt to activate the key. Third room: finally one of the two keys worked.

Hotel has some natural wear and tear, but some were inconveniencing such as the lock on the door not releasing so you have to insert your card several times and then lift up on the door itself to enter.

Inexpensive but definately some riff raff people around building. 1 was living out of car. 2 homeless came in to get hot coffee and napkins but sitting outside building cold.
Breakfast cooks music so blaring loud couldn’t sit in breakfast area to eat. Not everyone like Rap.
