Staff was very helpful, especially Dani, who greeted us and answered our many questions at check-in. Our room was even more spacious than anticipated. Everything was clean and in good working order, which is not always the case when we have stayed at other hotels. EverSpring Suites met all our needs at a very competitive price.

Yuck
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HotelsBooked this online. I'm familiar with Bismarck so I knew what part of town this was. When I arrived, there were a number of unhoused individuals in the parking lot, tents, campers etc. When I entered the lobby, the smell of cigarette smoke was awful. Tried to cancel but was unable. I didn't stay. Went out to my car and booked a different hotel via the app.

Very friendly staff, especially the blackjack dealer who was a gem! The carpet in the room was kind of sticky and the AC didn’t work perfectly, but overall it was a good experience and I’d stay there again.
