Building small log cabin

Our sons property where we're helping build a small log cabin in memory of our grandson
was closer for us to drive back and forth.
The kitchen pans and skillets really need to be updated.
The sgl. bed bdrm has a bad mattress.
Really appreciated all the extras left for us for our use.
Wouldnt hesitate to stay there again for our next trip up there from Indiana.

Mawby Lake
Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a fantastic time at the red star cabin during our stay in Bitely! The beach was great and shaded which was perfect for the kids. The lake was amazing, great swimming. The cabin had everything we needed and was in nice shape. We cpuld also walk to the small grocery store which had ice cream and essentials. Overall great stay and would recommend to families.

Fun little cottage

Enjoyable lake cabin
Publié le 16 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved this cottage on a beautiful llake. Tons of privacy. Sandy beach for swimming and enjoyed the paddle boat, kayaks, raft and great fishing! We enjoyed our stay and would like to do it again next year.

2 day getaway
Publié le 14 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe listing was as advertised super clean. Relaxing and fun . Fished right off the dock! Took paddle boat out once. Had steaks and corn on the cob on the gril! Josh was very responsive! Definitely reccomend this spot for a fun stay! Also everything was labled for convenience!

Josh’s house was the perfect size for our group of 7. The yard, patio, and deck make the space feel very intentional and open. The lake, and amenities tied to the property, give you a couple days worth of activities. We never felt cramped, and never ran out of things to do. The town of Bitely has a grocery, church, and gas station as well, and you’re within driving distance to Baldwin, Big Rapids, and even Silver Lake Sand Dunes. This is THE spot in this area of Michigan. Book it now before it fills up! We will be back multiple times this year :)

Nice place
Publié le 14 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property was easy to find and on a nice lake. Even had a family of swans! There were kayaks and boats available but the life vests were old. The chain detached from the paddle boat and stranded family in the middle of the lake for a little while but were able to be saved. I was however not pleased with the condition of the cooking items available and the smaller shower was unclean and moldy. Both bathroom sinks also need to be unplugged, they are clogged. We did have a good time and would keep this property in mind for future trips. Thank you.
