Tranquil stay at The Cabin

We enjoyed being a little bit off the beaten path, the peacefulness, and the private access to the Oyster River. The Cabin is well appointed and comfortable, and the outdoor shower and large lawn was enjoyed by our kids. Karen was easy to communicate with and we had no problems.

We loved how peaceful and relaxing the property was. It was beautiful inside and out! A nice walk down to the river, a large deck, a nice firepit area, an amazing bathtub. The cabin was spacious and had everything we needed and more. Thank you so much for sharing your piece of paradise with us. We hope to return again soon.

Excellent and luxury hideaway

A wonderful easterbasket met us at the kitchen table when we arrived, and we so enjoined a few days of fealing at home in this cozy cabin by the fireplace, at the porch with a look to the river or while cocking in the well equiped kitchen - if we ever come back to Vancouver Island, this will be the place to stay

Peaceful home away from home

The cabin and property were beautiful. We really enjoyed the fire place and short walk to the river. There was games for us and our toddler, space for our dog to stretch his legs and play outside. Well stocked, bright kitchen with bonus snacks and a thoughtful welcome basket with wine and bread starter to make your own homemade loaf!
Close to Strathcona and the beach. We didn’t want for anything. A special place to stay.

Peace and Tranquility

She has thought of everything to make your stay seamless. We were given total privacy, and rhe property and river walk are gorgeous. We will be back!
