Loved the entire stay. Staff was very helpful. The host , Tyler was wonderful and went out of his way to help us. Will definitively come stay again!

We loved the facility! The pool and hot tubs, very friendly staff, we loved the restaurant 24/7. The town and atmosphere was just right for us.

My wife and I went there for our 27th year anniversary. I called ahead a couple days to have flowers delivered to our room the day of our stay. I never received a phone call back, and the flowers were not delivered as requested. The resort was very nice, but they need to listen to their customers.

Our room was clean and comfortable and large for a standard king guest room. We had a beautiful view from our room too. After staying at other hotel casinos in Black Hawk, the Monarch gives you the best value.
