Very conducive for a group retreat

Kitchen is great, utensils and kitchen appliances are available. Many clean towels to use.

Just what we were looking for
Posted Nov. 9, 2024 on HomeAwayThere was plenty of room. It would be perfect for a family reunion. Brian checked on us to make sure everything was ok or to ask if we needed anything.
We are a couple in our 70’s and had another couple about the same age and 2 couples in their 60’s. We toured the area and played games. Did not use the hot tub because it rained most of the time.
The only problem we had was getting in the gate. Not easy for old fingers ( a combination lock with numbers you had to roll) and no light after dark.

Girls get away
Posted Oct. 3, 2024 on HomeAwayPrivate get away, lots of beds and nice big dining room table. Hot tub was a nice relaxing option. Downside was that we had issues with WiFi, good communication by owner to try fixing it but he still couldn’t get it (and cell signal was spotty). There was also a few spiders and webs in the basement bathroom that could’ve been removed.

Stunning views and an amazing family gathering
Posted Aug. 25, 2024 on HomeAwayWe absolutely loved our stay on Serenity Lake. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of room and outdoor space. Wonderful lake for fishing and swimming. Saw deer, turtles, snakes, and rabbits. Very private. Enjoyed a soak in the hot tub. Brian was a great host.

Relaxing family weekend
Posted Aug. 6, 2024 on HomeAwayWe greatly enjoyed our family weekend at the cottage. The hosts were friendly and responsive, and the lake was perfect for many hours of water fun. The house fit our large group comfortably. Thank you!

Family reunion
Posted Jul. 29, 2024 on HomeAwayHad a reunion with most of our children. It was a very nice relaxing time. My husband and I loved watching all the kids and grandkids enjoy the lake, swimming, kayaking, etc. right from the front porch. we had perfect weather. Fishing was ok, didn’t catch many though. The lake was smaller than we expected but still great for canoeing, kayaking, etc. it was nice that they had the water toys (kayakes, splash pad, canoes, etc, available for us to rent. My grandkids loved seeing the snacks!

Weekend at Tall Pines Lodge
Posted May 20, 2024 on HomeAwayWe had a family graduation out in Wisconsin and I needed a place to fit our kids and grandkids! Was so happy to find this cute place on the lake with plenty of room for everyone to sleep! Everyone enjoyed the space, using the hot tub and the beautiful view! I liked that no one else could get into the property as it was gated. We so wish we could have stayed longer! Our host were amazing and Brian was reachable by text if we had any questions! Would love to come stay longer in the future!
