Publié le 2 juin 2024 sur HotelsLovely hotel and the staff were so friendly. Unfortunately they had a stand in chef who didn’t understand what I meant by gluten free. The guy on reception sorted me out some breakfast for my second morning.

The room was very spacious and we enjoyed our stay but when asked if they had a refrigerator they said No. we had some food that needed refrigeration and they didn’t even have a small portable fridge that we could rent. As a result we had to throw our food away.
The staff didn’t seem terribly interested in trying to help us or find workarounds which was disappointing. There was also no air conditioning and we had to open the window to let cool air in but this also result in some street noise coming into the room.
That said, if you just need a good night sleep they provided free parking in the back and it was a comfortable quiet night sleep.

A great place to stay.
Publié le 31 janv. 2024 sur HotelsWhat a brilliant hotel. I spend a lot of time in hotels for work and it’s rare to find one as good as this. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, the rooms are spotlessly clean, well fitted and comfortable. Parking onsite is easy and there are some great restaurants nearby for dinner. It’s my favourite hotel in Blackburn.
