We had a lovely warm welcome when we arrived and Derrick and his wife couldn’t have been more helpful

Our room was dirty and cramped. Blood on the curtain etc. breakfast was awful. Queued for 30 mins and no hot food except a half cooked sausage.

Very poor breakfast. Facilities and staff couldn’t cope when busy. Guests were waiting for hot food and when it came was undercooked.
Which is a pity when the rest of the Hotel was OK
