Lovely hotel with friendly staff, and very good food and drink.
The shower pressure was far too weak, and the toilet cistern was very noisy on filling up, which let the room down though.

Our Stay at Millstone Mellor
Publié le 8 sept. 2024 sur HotelsWas disappointed as paid £300 for a two night stay. Got a room ground floor even though asked for high floor. Very noisy as rooms above very noisy and road noise.
Room:, blind missing from windows. Toilet cistern broken so just kept filling up for ages. Reported it on arrival but not fixed.
Breakfast: waitress forgot to take our order(and others). Asked for more coffee, arrived but no refilled milk jug. Cold buffet limited selection.

Definitely recommend.
Publié le 9 août 2024 sur HotelsWe have stayed at this country inn a few times and always enjpyed it. The rooms, while not big, are well appointed and comfortable. An excellent shower in a well maintained bathroom. However, a shelf [or two] in the bathroom would be welcome.

The Millstone, Mellor - excellent stay
Publié le 7 août 2024 sur HotelsAll the staff were very welcoming and attentive. Was surprisingly upgraded to a suite which was lovely. Had dinner there too which was very nice. Breakfast was very good also. A lovely stay.
