Comfortable and clean accommodation in Blackheath, ideal for family as plenty of room for children. Large rooms and fully equipped kitchen. Very good value for money.

The bed was comfortable with clean sheets. The unit is in need of a deep clean. Very dirty. Bathroom mouldy. I wouldn’t stay again.

The property was specious and the location was good. Was easy to get keys from hotel. Staff at hotel was really good. The property was not fully cleaned.
if I will stay there again, I will take small vacuum cleaner.

Good for the price. Nice quiet spot. Only thing needed possibly is a heater in the bathroom.

Nice stay but bad sleep

Another thing noted the was wall mounted TV was too high so the visibility is poor.

Pour : It was convenient to local walks and there were electric blankets on the beds
Due to the age of the building not all windows shut. If the air conditioner worked well this would have been less of an issue during our winter stay. The air condition blew cold air more that warm and frequently stopped due to an error message. We ended up buying small fan heaters for our second night.
While the floor had been vacuumed prior to arrival it was also clear that the vacuum was not working well - with large amounts of hair and other dirt still stuck in the carpet.
