The room was very modern. The bathroom let it down. Really outdated shower, the extractor fan in the bathroom didnt work. Really really let it down.

I did not stay at this hotel but was cgarged as someond has booked in my name and details . I have been charged for a hotel stay i didnt use

Publié le 29 juill. 2024 sur HotelsIt was a building site on our floor got woken up to workers and construction noise. There was mold in the room it didn't seem clean. We were meant to stay for 4 nights but left early. Our bed was meant to be changed 2 nights in but it wasn't. The staff are lovely and helpful I don't blame them. Hotel is just a bit run down. Random seagal also got into the building at one point.

4th time here and this was the worst and won't be back.
Our hotel room hallway had a few stairs and I had a walker aid. Also the room was a tad small as was my brother in laws too. A bit much as well is you pay them for parking your car after paying over £1300.00 to stay there, most annoying, especially going there 4 years on the trot.🤔☹️

The hotel was very nice spotless great staff ,very helpful and polite .The area around the hotel not nice bit run down .

Currently being refurbished on the 3rd floor but clean. My only dissappointment was there is no WiFi.
Breakfast was good with a variety of cerials and cooked food.
Parking is available as advertised on your site but you are charged a £5 per day.
