Staff were always willing to help if required. Appartment lovely .would definitely go back again .

We stayed at the property for one night. Space wise and use wise this was really good for us.
Unfortunately what spoiled it -
*Arrived to a pair of girls pants right outside the main back door of the property
*Noise from upstairs neighbours was very loud.
*Noise from lift/elevator room which was directly in our property was so loud during the day and night that it woke the children and they couldn’t sleep.
This noise which i am guessing is from a lift to the other units is right outside one of the bedrooms and when the lift is used, the noise generated is extremely loud. This happened frequently during the evening and even more so this morning.
This really spoiled our stay and wasn’t mentioned to us at booking. If this had been mentioned, when booking, I probably would have chosen another apartment.

We really liked the facilities and the setting of the apartment. Would definitely recommend.

Confusing message with staff. Requested an early check in, which I was told could happen the staff gave instructions to ring just before arrival which I did to be told ‘no early check in’ would be possible. I then asked for somewhere to change and I was told I couldn’t enter the property but told the cleaner would allow us to drop our bags off… very confusing when you get told one thing and then get told something else

I loved this apartment, it was one of the best I've ever stayed in. It was large, clean, and had everything that was needed. Parking was easy and the location on the promenade was excellent.

Good and bad points
Publié le 22 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThe apartment is very handy for the tram. There is parking behind and in front of the property. The damage deposit feels concerning when an unknown person calls you up to ask to give your card details to pay. It is legitimate though and mine was refunded back within 5 days.
We stayed at apartment 9 which overall was well looked after and clean apart from the black substances blocking the shower head we had to clean to enable the shower to work. The couch was also stained and very unclean to the touch which meant we didn't want to sleep on it. We called and requested the king be made a twin which they did quite quickly and were apologetic about the couch.
