Publié le 5 oct. 2024 sur HotelsService from the staff at reception when we where checking in was very poor, they kept trying to charge us again even though we had already paid. Parking we where advised by e-mail would be £13 and instead it was £17 per day. Apart from this the hotel was clean and tidy and well located. Breakfast was ok but not very hot

Clean, well priced, central, very nice staff in every department we dealt with. Really could not fault it and would recommend to anyone visiting Blackpool.

Lovely hotel.
Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HotelsReally nice hotel. Very busy but they coped well. Room was so nice, really big and comfortable. Only criticism is the mattress was really hard. Having stayed in cheaper hotels like premier inns where the mattress are so comfortable, this one very very cheap in comparison.
