Not a pleasant experience

We had to chase up the check in process whilst we were waiting outside the property, no information beforehand. There were a number of issues which we commented on to the owner. There was no response, or any acknowledgement of receiving my message. The issues were mainly solved but the day before we left! No WiFi from Tuesday evening until we left on the Thursday, and no communication back on this. Apartment was very small and could do with a bit of tlc all over. All the windows, apart from one, we're screwed shut (not sure that should be allowed), making us wonder about escape routes if we needed one. Overall we felt this was not worth what we paid ☹️🤔

Scruffy Blackpool Apartment

Firstly I should have had apartment 7 but got check-in details for apartment 4, not sure why it was changed As you walk to the door the first you see is the bathroom window sill covered in cement not a great first impression. The whole of the interior is very scruffy, paint work poor walls and ceilings stained bathroom needs complete overall, didn't even have a plug for the sink. Oven dangerous inner safety glass door missing heat escapes making the handles too hot to use. Kitchen very poorly equipped tiny frying pan, three pans and a plastic colander no grill pan or baking tray not really suitable for self catering, chipped plates and only two unmatched bowls never stayed anywhere with such a lack of basic kitchen equipment. There was a washing machine which still had washing left in it by the cleaner. Overall very tired and needing sorted out considering it is advertised as luxury accomodation certainly not worth the money.
