Parking in the area is a problem but the guest house being for the over 40s only is excellent

Heather and les made us so welcome the rooms were spotless the breakfast was excellent plenty of on road parking al together what a brilliant hotel

This lovely B&B is in a nice quiet street with other nice looking B&B's. We had a warm welcome, even though we turned up early we were still allowed to go into our room. The room was lovely and comfortable, very clean, lovely modern bathroom, shower small but easy to use, nice shower. Breakfast was really good, nothing was too much trouble. Overall excellent, would recommend to others
