Publié le 10 sept. 2024 sur HotelsWe have stayed at this hotel for about 14-15 years and I have to say this time was disappointing, I don’t think it’s appropriate for the hotel to email me via hotels.com giving me a cheaper price if I’d booked it directly, x 2 rooms , the room was like a broom cupboard the lights in bathroom kept flashing when on, the mattress was the worst open spring mattress ive ever seen, if you moved it twanged , if it wasn’t for you're staff angel and pav I would be putting this as a hotel from hell, they are the only thing good,
After so many years I feel that the hotel penalised us and my friends whom I also booked the room through hotels.com for booking through a company not directly, I know they get a commission but this break was awful, and we have been left bitter and angry about the hotel, moving forward we will not be staying with this hotel again which is a shame, after so many years ,

Pay for late check out

24 hour bar
10am is a very early check out, but you can pay for a more reasonable time.

Staff were friendly and polite, breakfast was tasty, but for the money there could have been a little more of it. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. No complaints, one of the best B&Bs I have stayed at in Blackpool and will not hesitate to go back there the next time I visit the town. Highly recommended.

Although the hotel was really nice, and the staff pleasant. I was landed in a very small room where the tv didn’t work as there was only 2 channels.
