In response to your extremely poor ratings in your review of The Penrhyn.(You did not actually stay here with us).There was an unforeseen reduction in shower pressure in your room when you arrived.As this unfortunately could not be rectified immediately and we had no other unreserved rooms available you both made it abundantly clear that you would not be staying with us and would be spending the day in Blackpool and heading home. (We did offer to source alternative accommodation for you but this was declined). You were offered and then refunded by Bank Transfer the total cost of the reservation.This review is only the subjective opinion of this dissatisfied Guest and the ratings do not in any way reflect our standards as can be seen from many other Guests reviews on various sites and should be considered accordingly.Caron.

Great place to stay and lovely friendly hosts.

Very comfy bed and a good shower. It was within walking distance of sea front and the trams which run every 15 minutes going to centre Blackpool, Cleveleys and Fleetwood.
Parking easy and we had a lovely plentiful breakfast.

Lovely warm welcome and excellent staff service during the stay. Clean, quiet and a great location. Even had a view of the Blackpool Tower from the room. Great breakfast and wonderful hosts.
