The property was lovely and warm with the added bonus was the small kitchen ajacent to the bathroom, plus it was very quiet.
There was free wifi and the room was clean and spaceous.
The only complain was it needs blinds? Instead of voil panels which let in lots of light in the morning.

It was a nice clean hotel ,but far from Blackpool main attraction

It was more like a hostle not a hotel. Staine on room wall shower dripping all night. Screaming from other rooms gone midnight . Food not g00d cold warter for coffe .cold toast and the full english was bland .the cook ran of his feet could do with a server helping him so he could get the food out hot .would i stay there again. No only good thing was the bed was comfy.

The property had mould in the rooms nothing like the pictures advertising it but the staff were ok no bar or eating area apart from breakfast in the morning

I am extremely disappointed and appauled this property shouldnt even be on your system for people to book we have been riped off and the images used to advertise are false or fake because the room we were given was disgusting and we arrived from work with our children for the light switch and was greeted by this waste of money, instantly ruined our mood. I went to speak to reception to ask for a room change but they were unhelpful. We did look to move hotels however all were booked up due to the event so we had no choice but to stay. The room was small for a family room, it was damaged and damp in there. All the paint work was damaged. The carpets were flithy and never been cleaned. It had a kettle on the bedside table which is ridiculous in the first place but omg there was no way anyone could use the kette it had water left in it then inside was all dirty n brown goo stuck to it i took a picture as was so vile. The wardrobe which didnt have doors on had 3 coat hangers so not even a enough for one each. Everywhere was full of dust. There was one extremely flat pillow each. Then we go onto the ensuite wow that was like a blast from the past tiles older than ya granny.. these tiles were dirty black mould in shower cubicle the silicone seals were broken on the shower so dread to think about the germs held there. There was no glass for toothbrushes just the holder. The shelf was hanging off and the bathroom mirror light didnt work. The toilet roll holder was ripped off. There wa

Room was tiny, bed sheets had dried blood marks, the cieling looked like it was gonna fall through, windows didn’t lock so it was so cold
