Pas cher mais ca ne vaut pas cher!
Publié le 20 déc. 2023 sur HotelsPoint positif, proximité avec la ville et la plage. A part ca, chambre avec un chauffage déficient, surtout qu'on le fermait la nuit et entre 10h00 et 15h00. Eau de la douche tiède, au mieux(pourtant système Triton?). Ma serviette n'a pas été changée durant mon séjour de 7 nuits (d'ailleurs aucun ménage de fait).

Most plugs in room not working. No remote for TV. If the plugs were working it was only for a certain amount of time. We had 2 rooms, in 1 room shower had very little water pressure and in the other it wasnt working at all.
Window in 1 room was broken so could not be closed. No heating in 1 room and the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the duvets werent the best.
No locks on bathroom doors

Good for short breaks
Publié le 10 déc. 2023 sur Hotels The guy who ran the place was very helpful nothing was to much trouble, helped us with directions and an issue we had. Reasonably priced for what you get, beds were comfortable and we slept well. Parking at the rear of the property was a nice bonus.

The owner is lovely, very welcoming. But unfortunately the property isn't up to standard, we had to change rooms on a couple of occasions. It was very noisy from other people staying there too. Bed was really uncomfortable, but owner did provide extra bedding to make it more comfortable.

Many thanks for the review & your points are noted.The bed is a Sealy & is for supporting back issues. The Guests making noise where spoken to after you mentioning this matter.I am sorry that we didn't meet your expectations on this occasion.

Many thanks for the poor review, i assume this is purely due to the outcome of the collection of a no show charge.I remember talking to you after Expedia has carried this out & was expecting a call back from you later in the week alas this did not happen as the no show had been processed, i could not help from our end, however i did have a solution to offer you a rebooking of you party at current costs less the no show charge.Having found this review i feel that your decision was somewhat hasty & premature & i am unable to now offer this solution. I hope that you enjoyed where ever you stayed irrespective of this issue. I wish you well in the future & feel that this was more of a missed opportunity to reach a solution for all concerned.

Free parking and good stay

Room was modern and clean and comfortable the price I paid was very reasonable also tea and coffee was provided and a great location would recommend
