Smallest room I have ever had
This hotel used to be a Microtel. Nowhere on expedia or hotels.com is that info shared. So the room is smaller than any room I've ever had in Manhattan. Bare bones establishment. Subpar mattress, pillows, bedding, furnishings, etc.

By far, this is the best place to stay when visiting the area. The staff is awesome and place is small pet friendly.

Over $300/night for basically a “Motel 6”. We were given 2 washcloths for 2 people staying 2 nights. Breakfast was basically a do it yourself Jimmy Dean microwave biscuit.

Great place for the money
This a great place to stay. The rates are economical and the hotel is pretty clean. The staff is friendly and always helpful. A few maintenance issues in our room, but nothing earth shattering.

There are multiple doors to access the hotel, convince to those dog owners. There is a sitting area by the window to watch the sunset. Two full size beds are divided by a kitchenette, where you can wash your hand while the bathroom is occupied, which also creates your own space to keep your privacy. A Japanese hibachi is cross the street, food is delicious and the chef is entertaining.

The phone did not work and I had to go with my Pjs to ask a question about the parking of my car. The bed sheets had a yellowish stain and that made me uncofortable and the AC when it was "ON" it had a strange smell. Maybe they have not change the filter for a while. When I checked out, I made the observation. Hopefully, they fix it for the next person. All to say I did not still all well. Thank you
