Friendly check in. Room was not as expected, not clean in bathroom and in need of maintenance. Lobby looks good but room didn’t. Disappointing.

When I booked this room the photos online looked good and matched the room however the beds were not comfortable at all. The floor would have been slightly less comfortable. The first morning the sink would not drain and they assured me they would fix it. So when I got to the room that night and it was still holding the same water I made up my mind. I had booked it for 7 days but after the 2nd night I checked out.

There was a dead moth and dead beetle on our bathroom floor. The rest of the carpeted floor was dirty also. Beds are VERY hard - slept on better in Guatemala. Fitness room is a joke - none of the equipment was in working order. Both ice machines in the hotel were “out of order”. Breakfast options were not appetizing. Check-in staff was rude and unfriendly.

I was disappointed in the condition of the property. The room wasn’t really dirty, but certainly not fresh, and the general condition was not attractive. The walls were not finished well. There were piles of rocks along the sidewalks and standing water outside in some areas. The lobby and breakfast area need to be redecorated or at the least refreshed, and there is an open room near the lobby that seems to have as its function to hold stacks of unused chairs. When I left my room to go to my car, the door did not latch. I could not switch from AC to heat during the night without a smell of burning dust. I felt like this property needed attention and that it was not living up to the Wyndham name.

The breakfast could use a lot of improvement. Eggs were not good. The cooking area was not a kitchen at all. The staff was very friendly and we appreciated that.
