The room was what was so bad. It was not very clean, but the bathroom had cracks or missing pieces in the stool and sink. The bath tub looked horrible and had big strains and cracks, couldn't begin to even step in for a quick shower. No extra toilet paper. When went after more, had to ring several times to get someone and when finally did, he was not very pleased about being disturbed. When we signed in, that person was not very friendly either.
Will not stay there again or recommend it to others.
Refrigerator did not work.

We very much regret that you chose not to stay at our hotel. The manager vividly recalls the loud argument you and spouse had as you wanted to stay at the casino and he wanted to save money and stay at our property. You additionally reported that the TV didn’t work and our service team showed you how to access all 250 of our cable channels and how to access free Hulu Plus streaming, Apple TV etc. There was an additional roll of toilet paper but if you needed more, we would have gladly provided more than the 2 rolls that were in the guest bathroom. Expedia doesn’t allow the hotel to make refunds on money that have collected. Perhaps in the future be sure of where you want to stay before booking a no refund / no cancels allowed prepaid booking via a third party. Regardless the circumstances, we are apologetic that your stay at our hotel didn’t meet your expectations and have reached out to Expedia to see if they can refund at least a portion of the money you paid them for your stay at our hotel.

To start off, you did not have to use your key card to enter the "secure" building. Then we could not get the room door to open.I should have taken that as a hint and just turned around and got my money back but we were on a time limit.
Went in planning on taking a shower and getting ready enjoy our event. Went in to use the restroom and low and behold a turd was floating in the toilet. Ggrrr,flushed the toilet to do my business. Looked over at the bath tub and it looked really bad. I was going to take a shower before going to the concert but the bottom of the tub was so filthy I just took a perfume bath. On top it all the toilet was filthy, like it had not seen a toilet brush in 6 months or longer.
Was supposed to be a smoking room but no ashtray.

We apologize for the inconveniences you encountered while a guest at this particular hotel. It appears that you were accidentally checked into a room that had not been fully serviced by Housekeeping. We do have a manager on duty 24 hours per day seven days per week and 365 days per year and would have happily switched you to a room that had been serviced by Housekeeping. Everything should be perfect upon check-in, but should we find something that is not your liking please bring it to the attention of our manager on duty and and we will make sure it’s right during your stay. Again, we apologize and will be reaching out to you for compensation.

Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. It spears you were accidentally checked in to a room that’s out of service as that tub was and has been replaced. Also I am happy to report that our breakfast area is undergoing a full renovation and should be completed in the next few days. Super 8 by Wyndham continental breakfast requires only coffee/tea and juice, while and wheat toast and a granola bar or oatmeal. We go much more beyond that and also offer half off a full service breakfast in our restaurant if our guests choose that option. We apologize for the inconvenience of getting checked into a room that should have been marked for maintenance. We will point out that we have a manager on duty 24/7 and we would love an opportunity to make things right while you are our guest.

Worst place to stay
Publié le 19 avr. 2024 sur HotelsThe place smelled like weed when I walked in. The people who run it look like they were high. Dressed like they just came off the streets. The guy wore a white tank top pants around his butt and I couldn’t understand him at all. The woman came out in a sports bra with pajama pants and had no shoes. He gave me the key to my room and told he if it didn’t open with one key try both then took the key cards back and used a tissue to try and clean them. Nastiest hotel I’ve even seen. Did not stay!!!

The hotel currently has brand new locks with simple touch the key to the lock convenience. We apologize that our service team was not in proper uniform and have escalated your comments to the area manager for that hotel for follow up and review.

Amazing staff extremely helpful and catered to our needs. The room was fantastic and the bed was absolutely the best stayed at one of the mariott hotels in enid the beds were fluffy looking but alammed to the box/base boards stiff hard to sleep. Here though the bed was soft comfy and cozy. That along with the friendly and helpful staff made the stay that much more cozy would recommend to anyone and ill be staying again.
