Wonderful place to stay!

A perfect cozy little getaway!

The owners are super comnunicative and we're very flexible tweaking things for us. The hot tub is FANTASTIC, with great space and powerful jets. Finally, they were lovely about letting our car stay with us.
Would definitely return and would highly recommend!

Fantastic Stay and Friendly Host
Publié le 1 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Birch Bay. There were so many lovely small touches that made us feel welcome. The location is close to the beach and has a wonderful view in a quiet community. We would not hesitate to stay again!

Convenient location

I try to be as transparent as possible when describing the space on my listing page with lots of pictures of the stairs and details about guests having to use stairs during their stay so anyone booking knows the dynamics of accessing the studio.
It’s not always a fit for everyone and I hope you were able to find some comfort during your stay.

Great little retreat close to the ocean

Kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of space to move around inside, and a relaxing outdoor space with a dining table, hot tub and a fire pit. Host is very nice, easy to communicate with and proactive if anything goes wrong. We will be back!

Great getaway in Birch Bay
Publié le 23 août 2024 sur HomeAwayMy wife and I and another couple had a wonderful time at Kelly's Cozy Seaside Studio. The place was very clean (including the hot tub), and equipped with everything that you could possibly need. The check-in process was easy and Kelly's communication was amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.
