They use a self check-in and check-out process, which I didn't mind at all. The staff was very friendly when I did see them once. Very quiet neighborhood which I liked. The house is old with little rooms...you get what you pay for so it was worth the price! I would book there again if I traveled back to that area.

Delist this property from Expedia. It is like a junk
Only public toilet and bathroom this facility offers, very unfriendly service for customer’s pay. Everyone complaining

No staff at reception for check-in or check-out, there was an envelope with my name on it when I arrived with a note and my room key.
I did not receive the room I had booked, but I wasn’t fussed as it was only for the night. Fridge was off when I arrived so I had to turn it on and wait for it to cool down, as I am traveling I need to be able to cook my food asap as it has been in a cooler all day. Bathroom was shared and a mess. At one point I went to have a shower and there was a strange liquid all over the floor that I had to clean up myself. Somehow I felt dirtier after getting out of the shower.
Parking was available, but limited. I got there late afternoon and found a spot on the street out the front. I left enough room for the car behind me to get out, but then someone practically blocked me in by parking an inch away from the front of my car. I don’t know how they did it without having someone get out of the car and have the driver move closer and closer. Who does that! Anyway, I was glad to be leaving in the morning to say the least.

Thank you for staying at our hotel. We have several rooms with different features (ie. private bathrooms, public bathrooms, full kitchen, etc.) A phone numbered is located on the front desk to call with any questions or concerns 24 hours a day. The room you rented was a shared bathroom as stated in the description, the price that was paid reflected the lowered price rooms.
