Not a good value. Older property. No elevator. No wi-fi (unusable low strength signal) in our room. So-so beds.

It was clean friendly just not enough towels provided and staff talking about problems with management at the desk was unprofessional. We were there to relax not hear the drama

It was loud- could hear everything in the parking lot. No elevators, so had to make multiple trips up and down flights of stairs. It is a bit outdated, but the room was clean.

I like the place because its convenient to where I had to be. The room could of been more cleaner (microwave needed good cleaning and possibly replaced cause it wasn't working right; hair left in bath tub when we arrived.) During stay they ran short on towels, wash clothes, and final night of stay didn't have any wash clothes in the room after house keeping said they'd put some in there. No ice cause ice machine was not working. At check out I asked for a receipt and was told that I would not get one because of going through a booking agent to book the room. Last year I got a receipt at check out, this time I didn't, because they said they had a change of policy that they cannot give a receipt out due to going through booking agent and that the booking agent would email me a receipt. I'm still waiting on a receipt to be emailed to me. Next time I have to make a trip down there I will stay some where else.

For breakfast I got a moldy bagel and the towels and sheets had stains, who cleans them? Clearly scary

I can certainly understand your frustration. Normally the bagels don't last long enough to get moldy because they are such an in demand item. We will certainly address this issue as well as the issue you brought about the sheets. The laundry equipment uses industrial grade detergents, so those should be stain free. We'll double check with our detergent vendor to make sure we're using the correct amounts. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future.
