Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis location was perfect for my needs. The full kitchen allowed for all meals to be eaten on site and a grocery store in town was very convenient. The actual location put me about an hour away from several major attractiions in the area, plus ones I that I did not know about, and thoroughly enjoyed.
It is a basement apartment, and there is a person living on the upper level, which was not a problem to me, but worth knowing. You do hear the footsteps when they are above. Not a complaint, just noting.
All in all, I would stay here again, and plan on if my wife says she wants to go to Utah someday.

Owner Marta is so nice, helpful, and considerate! She provided an area map with lots of info about area places to go with photos. The basement apartment has two nice bedrooms and one bath with a nice tiled shower. Everything you could want is provided, including snacks, coffee, all cooking utensils, nice large washer and dryer. A lovely place that has been lovingly renovated recently, and has plenty of extra nice touches! The stairs down to the apartment could use a handrail, and that is in the works. This property owner lives upstairs and is quiet and ready to help in any way. Highly recommend! Her guestbook is full of appreciative comments from guests from around the world. Our 3 day visit was a pleasure! Thanks, Marta!

My only ‘complaint’ is regarding highly scented bathroom soaps/shampoos, and laundry detergent. It is a challenge for anyone with allergies.

Fantastic time in Blanding
Publié le 5 oct. 2021 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time staying in the basement apartment. The owner lives upstairs and she is very kind, generous, and helpful. She offered toys for our son to play with, gave us tips on what to do, and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. We also really appreciated how well stocked it was, the kitchen had one of everything we needed and then some, and everything was in great condition. We ate dinner in the back yard and our son enjoyed exploring the yard and playing in the grass. We would definitely stay here again!
