Rustic chic— lovely farm like area with private historical style houses— love the hot spa, kitchen, comfy beds.
Staff is very helpful, dinner was so good.
Would have been nice to have more of a choice of hot foods for breakfast— simple eggs but not omelette or any other options than bacon.
There is no better place than Torfhus if you are visiting the area.

An amazing place!! We loved everything about it. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, setting is gorgeous, and the food was some of the best we've had. The heated pools outside each set of rooms is the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. Was the perfect spot for us to stay as we explored the golden circle and other areas of southern Iceland. Hope to come back!

Publié le 26 juill. 2023 sur HotelsThis is a very comfortable and unusual place to stay: a modern version of an old turf house. Very quiet and peaceful place; excellent dinner available. My wife and I enjoyed it very much.
