Ok location / poor breakfast / good room

The hosts were not hospitable and could have been friendlier. The breakfast was of poor quality. Bad coffee and bread with no fresh eggs. The room itself was very good: clean and comfotable with a nice balcony. They promised us one parking per apartment, but we had to park elsewhere. It is a 20 minute downhill walk to the city.

Dear Supriya Sachamitr, I saw your car parked right at the entrance, so your review is false. Also the breakfast is decent and rich enough, all guests are pretty well with it. False again. I have no idea about your motivation, but I see that we did a mistake making price policy too mild. So it would be nice from your side to stop spreadig lies about the place where people did the best to accommodate you and your friend Pranay Rajgarhia for 1 day. Please keep in mind that non of our hotels will accommodate you in the future.

The property is located a bit outside of Bled center (about 1km to the lake) in a quiet and residential neighborhood. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Easy parking. Good value for money overall. Clean and tidy rooms. Nice coffee for breakfast.

Marie, We also remember you and your car shouting ))) Sorry, but it was mismatching, we also are not happy with your stay and you know why. But velevet season is full power now, the best of Bled! Everybody is welcome to taste it with GH Kolinska )

Absolutely excellent all of the staff were really helpful The rooms are very clean and well maintained Beautiful views from the balcony Breakfast was fresh and good choice Would definitely stay again

The place was really cozy, clean, and comfortable but it was a bit farther from the center of town than I would have liked. The man at the front desk was rude and unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend leaving your bags there as they're just scattered about the lobby. There's no real security. It most definitely doesn't have a 24-hour front desk.

Usually we do not comment on anonimous feedbacks unless it contains false info. Reception hours. Yes, we do not have 24H reception open, it is clearly stated in our brief in all booking systems, it is written at the main door, it is written at the reception, it has been spoken by me, and you've signed it... Really there are couple of things that does not have a limit. Security. Did somewhat go wrong with your luggage? I'm sure not. The area is totally blocked in off-hours. And it is under video surveillance. Your luggage has been forwarded to you at our off-ours. We are stopping this practice for free due to the guests like you. People who hide their name have no trust, just confirmed once again.
