Met by very friendly and helpful staff member. We appreciated being able to do some clothes washing and drying. Parking available close to room.

Walkable distance to town and iSite, Train & Bus Station and CBD. Clean place with good amenities. Not very quiet because of location (right on SH1).

Easy no hassles.clean got everything and owner.had it open for me because I was arriving late in the night.

The room was poorly serviced. Bed not made, dishes were washed (2 cups, coffee plunger and wine glasses) but left to drip dry on the bench. Not all linen was replaced so we were left without a bath mat. Coffee used was not replaced.

Hi Kirsten,We do apologized for the inconveniences caused to you and your guest. We have spoken to our staff and taken the necessary action to deal with this matter. It was unfortunate that such has happened during your stay which is our first encounter BUT we will make sure that it does not happen to other guests.As a side note, it is much appreciated that when you are checking in to other motels/hotels in future, do inform them if you are arriving late or after office hours. There was no phone call or message from you to let us know that you are going to arrive later than 8pm which was after our office hour. Kind regards,
