Lovely Cabins
Publié le 16 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty is tucked into the side of the mountain and the driveways are a bit steep, however the overall property is beautiful with great views of the lake. There are several cabins on the property and a couple of nice spots for a fire and hot tub that is for everyone’s use. The cabin was very clean and well updated. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary cutlery, cooking pots and pans etc.
Cabin 1 has two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and two bedrooms and two bedrooms and a
bathroom on the lower level. The downside of this that’s not in the description, is that there is no inside access to the lower level. Those staying on the lower level have to walk outside and up to the main level entrance to access the kitchen and living room. This may be an issue for families with children.
Otherwise the Cabin was very comfortable, the beds were soft and cozy and we enjoyed our stay.
The host Victoria was very quick to respond to any inquiry.

The add does state that the 2 bedrooms and half bath downstairs have a separate entry. Copy and paste of the exact add where it states it
This unit has 2 bedrooms plus full bathroom upstairs and two bedrooms with half bath downstairs with its own separate entry.

Great atmosphere great location!
Publié le 27 août 2024 sur HomeAwayOver all, the stay was perfect. Quiet, serene and so close to the water. Victoria was really quick to respond and even faster to react if we needed anything. If I had to complain about anything, it would just have been the broken screens on the windows. Everything else was perfect!

Perfect place for our girls trip
Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe bayview cabin at blind bay was perfect for our group of 6 ladies. Close to the lake with beautiful views. The walk was only 2 or 3 minutes down the stairs and across the street. The cabin was clean and spacious. All bedrooms were comfortable. The portable a/c was great during the heat wave, but not needed at night as the large windows let in a lot of cool evening air. The deck was so nice at night. The shared hot tub (with other cabins) was cleaned regularly. We were even able to get a couple fires in at the fire pit (before the province wide ban took effect). Finz resort and marina with restaurant is a short walk down the road. As well as a grocery store and gas station. The lake is amazing. This location is great for friends, family, couples and even young kids.

Friends getaway
Publié le 26 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayStayed for a few nights with a group of girlfriends. Overall loved the location and closeness to the lake/dock. The four bedrooms split between two floors worked well for us. Only issue was some items were not stocked for us prior to arriving but were delivered when requested. Also, there should be a note about how steep the driveway is to access the unit as this may make it hard to access for some individuals.
All in all we really enjoyed our time in Blind Bay and would stay here again!

House with a lake view

Lovely but could use some maintenance.

We did not realize that the 2 bedroom were completely separate from the kitchen living room area. We asked for fans and got them immediately - no a/c in the bedrooms, and close to road so street noise can be an issue for those who are light sleepers. The kitchen was well stocked. Would have appreciated a later check out as the expectation is that dishes are washed and put away on check out - which took quite a bit of our morning. Screen door was torn so having it repaired would allow for more airflow.
