The people looking after this resort work very hard to make sure the guests are very happy. Super awesome and kind owners. Can't wait until next time we go on a family vacation to Eagle View Resort.

Great End of Summer Vacation
Publié le 8 sept. 2019 sur HotelsWe had a lovely stay! Paula the manager was great. She even took the time out to help us find our boat keys (thanks again Paula). The accommodations are rustic, cozy and clean and the beds were comfy. We stayed in cabin 2 which was right on the water. It had a nice deck to sit out and watch the sunset. Screens on the windows, new deck chairs, maybe some board games or cards, and a couple of fans would be my recommendations for some improvements that could be made. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves.

The water pressure in the shower wasnt good. There was no spare blanket and we were chilly one night. We did not know we were expected to clean the cabin. We had one towel each for 3 nights, no extra towels. For the price if the cabin we would have expected some complimentary tea and coffee. On the upside the caretaker of the cabins was very helpful

Hopefully you enjoyed your stay - as in all condos/cabin/etc. rentals, leaving the property in a clean condition is a norm. Did you ask for more towels or an extra blanket as I am sure we would have accommodated?

The property was quite run down, dirty. The roof leaked when it rained. There is a cleaning fee added on but there are instructions in the cabin with what has to be cleaned or you will be charged so you pay the fee but clean as well.

The cabins are all cleaned and yes, there was a roof leak but this can happen and is being addressed. You will be charged from the $150.00 security deposit if your cabin is not left in the same condition it was when you checked in - i.e. remove garbage, wash dishes, clean up the stove and food. The cabins are still disinfected and thoroughly cleaned after each visit, which is why there is a cleaning fee. We do hope you enjoyed your stay and will return! Thank you.
