Great stay with amazing staff! Had a wardrobe emergency moments before our taxi was coming to take us to a wedding and one of the staff went out of her way to locate some safety pins that saved the day! Everyone we interacted with was so nice and helpful. The location of the hotel also can’t be beat.

We booked the perfect hotel for our first trip to Block Island! We highly recommend this hotel the location can’t be beat.

It is a nice hotel but the rooms are small. We had a convenience bar outside the room for water, ice, coffee, etc. the bar was practical but noisy as others used it. The staff was cordial but not overly personable.
The outside bar was gorgeous! The beach set up is perfect- towels and everything else you need are right there on the beach. They have a foot shower too!
The cushions on the outdoor furniture needed a refresh and were very tired and weathered.
Lastly, we arrived after Labor Day and through no fault of the hotel, they were losing staff daily and short staffed in general.

So many adjectives could describe the Block Island Beach House - love love loved it! The location to the beach, the beautifully remodeled rooms and bathrooms, the porch and more. Loved our stay on the island, and hope to come back in the future. Two days definitely was not enough island time!

Great location with an according price!
Publié le 14 sept. 2024 sur HotelsDas Hotel liegt super zentral in New Shoreham, und nach hinten grenzt das Hotel direkt an einen Strand. Es gibt ein Restaurant, eine Beachbar und eine Frühstücksbar mit gutem Essen. Die Atmosphäre ist cool, die Einrichtung geschmackvol, modern, minimalistisch.
Unser Zimmer hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf den Strand, war aber aber extrem klein (besonders bei einem Preis von über 700$ pro Nacht).
Was sehr schade, aber auch sehr amerikanisch war: das Essen wurde in allen Bereichen, auch im Restaurant, auf Wegwerf-Geschirr präsentiert.
