Block Island in the Fall is magical and the view from the backyard was magnificent. Check in was very quick and easy. Room was lovely with a comfortable bed and a small balcony. Great location - walking distance to town.

This was my first visit to Block Island and this property was one of the highlights of the trip. It was cute, clean, had gorgeous views and staff was welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised at the morning breakfast and enjoyed it while I took in the view! I enjoy walking so a huge perk for me was the walks I could get in to go shopping and sightseeing. Taxis were quick though if that's not a preference.

Staff was great. Free breakfast was outstanding. Room clean with all the comforts of home. Guests on Daturday were LOUD till well past midnight. Should have shut them down for other guests

I love the quietness of the area and the options for a view of the new harbor and sunset of the inn. Great place to grab breakfast and sit on the porch with coffee in the morning.

We had an issue and called the owner at 1:30am she was there in like 2 mins and fixed our issue!! Now that’s service and thank you Carmen
