Property was a little run down and need s some maintenance.
Our rooms toilet did not flush and when showering, lots of water went onto the floor. Seal missing between shower screen and top of the bath.

Maintance needs urgent seeing to

However, my aircon dod not blow cold at all. The Hot water in my room took 15 mins to come, an extreme waste of water. This was with the maintenance crew standing and pouring the taps i could not use thw shower as the cold tap was not functional.
I was then assisted to tey find a new room. Of which we tried 612, 311 & 200 and something, not one of the rooms aircons worked. Nor did any of thw taps run hot in under 5 mins of pouring water I would hate to know the wastage water going through this hotel, bever mind the water bill

Appalling.
Publié le 30 mai 2019 sur HotelsArrived at hotel at 13:20. Lady at reception said I couldn't check in until 14:00, and that there was no early check in. So we waited until 13:50 to check in the lady still said "no". So when 14:00 came around I received the key to my room, and went upstairs to the room.
Upon entering the room I discovered the bed not even made and the rubbish hadn't been emptied.
I returned to reception, where I was told to wait again for housekeeping to make my room. Spoke to the manager who changed me to a room that was ready.
