Although the exterior & lobby appears old and rundown, they put money into renovating the guest rooms. Everything was very clean and new! Very friendly checkin staff. Best price in town for HomeComing weekend at IU and I would definitely stay there again for a weekend.

There are no do not disturb signs for the doors . There isn’t an option to not have them come in your room for housekeeping if you are not in your room. We went to breakfast and came back to find them in our room .

We apologize for the oversight in your rooms. We do normally have do not disturb signs in our rooms. Sometimes the signs get lost or fall off and wind up in the trash. We will check all our rooms closely. In future, there are some kept at the front desk should you need them. We apologize that you could not return to your room after dinning out.

Room was nice and clean bed was comfortable. That’s all anyone could ask for. Also staff very friendly.

It was a very basic room that was clean and inexpensive. No carpet was a plus. I would stay again.

The rooms are definitely remodeled and nice. This is a very motel like experience with newer rooms. Serves its purpose.

Don’t let the outdated exterior paint job and worn parking lot fool you. The rooms have been updated, the linens and bathroom are fresh and clean and the staff are sweet and sincere. We’ve stayed twice and have found a safe, clean, comfortable place to lay our heads…at half the price of the Marriott and Hilton properties who fully exploit IU game day weekends. If you are looking for a place to lounge and mingle go elsewhere but if you are looking for a good night’s sleep - this hotel fits the bill. Literally and figuratively

Great owners - rooms still need work
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe rooms are very clean and the people that run it are very nice. However, lack of any floor covering (it's like pergo) and only having two overhead lights make the rooms colder and less comfortable.

Thank you for your review. The floors are covered in linoleum paneling. the rooms also are equipped with 4 overhead lights. we are sorry that the lighting level was not to your liking.

I was pleasantly surprised on this hotel! Pulling up the look on the outside doesn’t do it justice on the rooms. They were remodeled, clean, and beds were shockingly comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
