This was a wonderful stay!! The staff was so attentive! Just to name a few Michelle, Chase and Melissa! We ate in the restaurant at the hotel and food and drinks were so good! Definitely would stay again!! Clean, updated and great amenities!

Stayed December 13 - 15. Pros: Close to ISU where our daughter was graduating; Quiet room. Cons: Not a Christmas decoration in sight. Hot chocolate bar with no cups and no hot water. Dirty hallways. Coffee and toilet paper weren’t refilled on our second day. 4 lumpy pillows that fell flat when you laid on them. No blanket on bed or in closet, only a sheet and bed cover. No hairdryer, no makeup mirror. Will choose a different hotel next time.

Staff did not seem willing to share a lot of information. It was my first time staying at this property and do not know about all details and had to continue to ask for it. Did not feel overall welcome and informed from checking in to checking out.

I asked for a receipt through the online portal and I asked for a reciept in person when checking out. They could only provide the parking and wifi charge. I was told I would be refunded the Wifi charge because it wasn't working well in my room. But I didn't get a refund. I had to get the actual room booking receipt from Expedia.
