Difficult to sleep when worried about my car !

I will address this matter with our team to ensure that all staff members are providing the courteous and professional service our guests deserve.Regarding your concern about someone approaching your car, I understand how unsettling this must have been. I want to reassure you that we take the safety of our guests very seriously. After reviewing the security footage, we found that while there was someone crossing the parking lot, there were no incidents involving approaching your vehicle.
