The hotel staff was great and accommodating! The only lower scores I gave were because of the other guests. The hotel was loud and we did not sleep well. Adult males were pacing the halls and walking in and out of rooms to go back and forth all night long.

The smell of the hotel, both when you first walked in and in the room, was so awful it made it very hard to relax and enjoy the stay, unfortunately.

Elevator was unreliable. Breakfast was non existent. Staff needs more training.
