Not Happy
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsThere was no parking and we had to park 2 blocks away. We are moving our son into college. We have a pickup truck and were unable to secure our things. We called the hotel to confirm parking and they said yes. We arrive and they didn’t have any. We had to go out at 11pm to find tarps to and bind our items. This was unacceptable. They said they couldn’t give us a credit bc we booked through Hotels.com. Please issue us a discount

Good Evening Lisbeth,We are very sorry to hear your stay didn't meet expectations. Parking can be a bit difficult during college season. We are looking forward to renovations that may resolve that issue. To ensure that the front desk issue doesn't happen again, we are giving front staff additional training.

Indiana University - Great Place To Stay
