Room was filthy; bathtub especially. Few amenities in room.

Never a good start when you check into a room and twenty minutes later someone else has a key to your room and comes in as the hotel gave you both the same room. Very scary and unsafe. When asked the front desk they said “it happens”. Also bar open but no bartender as they said they were in a meeting with the GM.

Good Evening,I'm sorry to hear that. It doesn't, "Just happen." We will be giving our front desk crew additional training to ensure this doesn't happen in the future. We are also in the process of training more individuals with liquor licenses so that we can have the bar open on a more regular basis. Was there anything else you noticed that we could do to improve future stays?

All terrific save one thing: the room door stick and the only way to close them is loudly. One of our pet peeves during hotel stays. If anyone gets up at 4 am, everybody gets up at 4 am.

Upon arrival the toilet was clogged. Maintenance never came to fix it so I was without a bathroom for my entire stay.
