Great Spa and one of the best bed/matrasses around

Spa/Sauna/Jacuzzi are excellent! The Bed/matrass is fantastic! I wish I could take it home! Possible to make the room 100% dark and no sound from neighbours or the airport. Choose this hotel for a good night's sleep.

Nice hotel, shuttle service needs adjusting

Very comfortable hotel very close to the French side of the Basel/Mulhouse airport. The shuttle usage is not helpful though, we had to pay a taxi 12 euros as the shuttle refused to collect us from the Airport.

Free Airport Shuttle, Free Water, Nearby Store

The staff is friendly and accommodating. They helped us order a local taxi. We did not even know that for longer trips (30+ minutes) we should order a taxi the day before. I am glad the front desk clerk helped us with this process. The next day, their colleague was also very polite and provided free water. This place is also great in that you can walk to the store within 5 minutes and there is a free shuttle to and from the airport. I would highly recommend this place. Considering that many hotels in Switzerland have a cutoff check-in around 6 p.m., this hotel helped us relax the first night instead of stressing over our late flight arrival.
