We stayed for three nights. We got in late the first night. The place seemed like it could use some maintenance, but ok. Got up next morning and the soap and shampoo bottles provided seemed to only be partially full like they had already been used. Left for the day and returned. The room was not serviced. Only the towels were replaced. The next morning, we had to use the same old soap bottles. We left and returned again late. The room was not touched. No new towels either. I went to the front desk and asked for new towels. He said he didn’t have any and had no way to get any new towels. He basically said, ‘I don’t know what to tell you.’ He said he wasn’t in charge of the towels. He made no effort in trying to resolve the issue. I had to wait until the next morning to get new towels from the front desk. The breakfast was average. I was there about 30 minutes before closing and most of the hot food was gone with no signs of replacement.

Comfortable, but a bit dated

Great service. Room a bit dated with lots of scratches in the wall with paint missing, ceiling cracks, but the outside lights did not allow the room to get dark. Comfortable bed and room but maybe blinds or curtains that can cover the light and an AC unit that does sound like it’s blasting off!

The hotel for the most part was clean and the breakfast was wonderful. It is obviously a older building a wallpaper is falling off the walls in places, paint throughout is chipped and marked up. The maid service leaves much to be desired. The room was not cleaned, no linen change, no garbage removed, no towels BUT they were obviously in the room as they took the tip that was on the desk for them. Due to no maid, went to front desk to get towels. We were told they were out of towels and handed us two wash cloths and said use these. The room had a odor to it. When dealing with the front desk they seemed unconcerned that the maid did not clean the room and when asked for some sort of compensation for our inconvenience, they refused. Will be choosing a different hotel next trip.

House cleaning Staff were working hard as it seemed understaffed . In need of repair

The staff was very accommodating. We had a problem with our first room and the staff quickly got us transferred. Everyone always had a smile when they saw us in the lobby.
