Just love this place!
Publié le 17 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt's beautiful, peaceful, relaxing, hospitable, clean, and down right wonderful. My only complaint (and it's more of a suggestion) is different shower heads. The water comes out in a wide spray which makes it very hard to get all the shampoo out. Just a thought.

Cabin getaway

The indoor fireplace we couldn’t use so that was a disappointment since it was one of the things I was looking forward to.
We did use the outdoor fireplace and that was nice.
Stores are quite far for groceries so remember to take everything you need because running out for something is not an option the roads are narrow and winding so distance seems further.
Also ask when booking about the “Contract” I received a contract from the host 4 days before we were scheduled to be at the cabin, we had already paid in full and could not have canceled so it seemed we should of seen it when booking?
I gave 5 stars because the Cabin really deserved it but those little details matter in my opinion.

We're glad you enjoyed your stay at our cabin. The fireplace was unavailable during your visit because it was over 90 degrees almost every day you visited. A wood burning fireplace is designed to work with the fact heat rises out the chimney. If the inside home temperature is 72 degrees and outside is 90 degrees, there's very little air rising out the chimney. Therefore, the smoke will stay inside the house because its not going up and out the chimney properly.

Everything was perfect!

The cabin is perfect, with everything you need inside, a number of sitting areas outside, and the surrounding area is quiet and very peaceful. The hosts are wonderful and think of everything you would need to make the stay easy and carefree.

We enjoy building memories here and our kids beg to go back regularly. Thank you for creating such a special place!

Peaceful and relaxing
Publié le 5 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis remote cabin was everything we hoped for. We stayed 4 nights to get away from our busy lives. The cabin was perfect for this de stress from everyday life. If you like the pictures then you will love it here. It was clean and it had everything we needed. I absolutely fell in love with this cabin. I hope to visit ago someday because it was just what I needed at this hectic time in my life. I came back home refreshed and sad at the some time. Sad because I missed this beautiful cabin.

Gorgeous cabin/property
