Family Visit Friendly

Nice place downtown Blue Hill
Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe've stayed at this property twice because it is cozy, well-insulated and convenient to downtown Blue Hill when we visit family here. The bedroom is spacious and warm and the bed is very comfortable.... not a given in this part of the world. The apartment is always very clean. Because we stay in the area for weeks at a time, we'd love it if the dining/work table were a real table, not just a high small table with high stools. Other than that, it's a perfect place.

Very comfortable stay
Publié le 19 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayStayed 4 nights while we visited Acadia and loved the unit. Clean, comfortable and high quality. Location near grocery store and restaurants was great. It was a minor inconvenience to have the bathroom on the first floor. 40 minute drive to Acadia.

Hi Ben, thanks for the review. FYI we will be putting a half bathroom (toilet and sink) in the upstairs next to the bedroom this winter. Hopefully that will help with the night time trips to the bathroom, especially for us older guys. Yes, it is a 40 minute trip to Acadia, BUT we don't have the hoards of people and congestion that is over there. And that makes all that can be seen and done on the Blue Hill peninsula much more enjoyable. Maybe we will see you again someday? Best, John H
