I stay in many VRBO's as I travel once a month for horse related events and this is by far the best I've stayed in. Can't say enough good things about my experience with them. True southern hospitality also. I plan to follow their 'Southern Charm Vacay for future stays.

Blue ridge lift
Publié le 24 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property is in a great location, all updated and very nice inside ! However when we arrived the loft wasn’t cleaned correctly for arrival! There was hair in the fridge and in the freezer and on counter tops. The furniture was also dirty and not vacuumed. They need to work on who ever is cleaning for them, also when I sent pictures and videos to the host I did not get a reply !

We have nothing but 5 star reviews and you never said anything about this here in VRBO. No calls either… we are not sure what this is about but we had this personally cleaned and time stamped photos.
We did receive a message from you wanting to get a refund so based on the location so we’ll be turning this in to have VRBO audit your profile.
We work hard to make this an immaculate space and this is very disheartening
